Relationship Recovery
This group is for anyone who has been harmed by a person in a relationship and is struggling to recover from the wound. Relationships include romantic, familial, professional, social or academic. The focus of the group work is on self compassion, radical acceptance, assertive interaction practice, and boundary setting and management. Group meets every other Wednesday evening (6:30-8:00PM) for 8 weeks and requires reservation and advance payment. Groups are 2-10 people.
All gender expressions are welcome and will be treated with respect in a safe environment.

Effective Communication
Tired of not feeling heard? Do your attempts at communication end in arguments or dismissal? This group may be for you. Each session we will learn and practice effective communication techniques including assertive speech, non-violent communication framework, empathic listening, and establishing/maintaining and sustaining communication focus. Group meets every other Thursday evening (6:30-8:00PM) for 8 weeks and requires reservation and advanced payment. Groups are 2-10 people.

Therapeutic Book Club
This group is for anyone who enjoys reading and is interested in expanding emotional, spiritual, relational, psychological, and physical wellness. 45 minutes of the group will focus on the book selection and 45 minutes will be practicing or experiencing the wellness principles discussed. Each book is authored by experts and grounded in solid research. See the BOOK CLUB page for more information. Group meets monthly on Saturday morning (11:15AM - 12:45PM); requires reservation and advanced payment. Book Club is 2-10 people.
